The history of this Burgundy House begins in 1731 with the first acquisitions of vines by Denis Latour, a few decades later, Louis Latour officially founded the House in 1797 and gave it its name. Today she cultivates the largest estate of Grands Crus in Burgundy.
Very famous for its White Wine, the Meursault appellation is located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. Exempt from Grands Crus, Meursault has a large number of Premiers Crus like this “Genevrières” climat.
This bottle of Louis Latour Meursault 1er Cru “Genevrières” 2018 is still quite young. It can appreciate now or in a few years. Open the bottle two hours before tasting.
