    Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

The history of Maison Vincent Girardin is quite recent. Indeed, in the 1980s, in Burgundy, Vincent Girardin broke free from a long family lineage to produce his own wine.
Little by little, he will build a great success in the heart of the Côte de Beaune thanks to the quality of his wines, and more particularly the white wines.
This Chassagne-Montrachet is a very rich and complex wine thanks to the combination of an excellent terroir and barrel aging (225 Liters, 15% new). When tasted in the mouth, it has a very great length, it is a type of wine which will pair perfectly with elaborate dishes of fish, shellfish or white meats.
This bottle of Vincent Girardin Chassagne-Montrachet "Blanchot Dessus" 2019 comes from an excellent vintage in Burgundy, it can be drunk now, favoring one or two hours of decanting before tasting, or kept for a few years.
