Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

The history of Maison Vincent Girardin is relatively recent. In the 1980s, in Burgundy, Vincent Girardin broke away from a long family line to produce his own wine. Little by little, he built a great success story in the heart of the Côte de Beaune thanks to the quality of his wines.

Considered one of the finest plots in Santenay, "Les Gravières" boasts rich clay-limestone soil that produces a complex red wine reminiscent of certain Côte de Nuits crus.

This bottle of Vincent Girardin Santenay Premier Cru "Les Gravières" 2018 is still young; it would be best to wait a little longer. Decant it for one to two hours before enjoying it today.
