Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

At the helm of a winery whose adventure began in 1808 in Hermitage, Michel Chapoutier today strives to reveal the richness and uniqueness of the various terroirs of the Rhône Valley, and even beyond.
Cerasinus is an organic wine produced from different plots of the Cornas appellation, each with its own distinct typologies. Like most red wines from the northern Rhône Valley, it is made from 100% Syrah.
It is a fairly powerful Cornas, with aromas of black fruits and a full, rich palate.
This bottle of M. Chapoutier Cerasinus 2020 should be enjoyed in a few years, or today after a good hour in a carafe.
