This appellation is highly regarded for its red wines, but also for its dry white wines.

Château Haut-Bailly is particularly renowned for its older vintages, which today demonstrate the full potential of its excellent terroir. Depending on the year, this Graves red wine is blended with a more or less pronounced majority of Cabernet Sauvignon over Merlot.
