Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

Located in Alsace, Domaine Marcel Deiss has been known for many years for its practice of complantation, which consists of bringing together different grape varieties on the same plot. A pioneer in biodynamics, the estate integrates this ancient viticultural practice for a better expression of the terroir.
The Altenberg of Bergheim is no exception to this rule, all the Alsatian grape varieties are present on the overexposed clay-limestone mound, giving very early maturity to the grapes and the appearance of noble rot allowing the production of this great wine. sweet white.
The result is a powerful, rich and fresh wine, with multiple and complex fruit aromas ranging from citrus to candied fruit as well as a touch of honey and vanilla.
This bottle of Marcel Deiss Altenberg de Bergheim 2018 is particularly successful, it can be enjoyed today in its youth after a good decanter, or wait in the cellar for another 20 or 30 years...
