    Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

A pioneer in Burgundy, the Albert Bichot house was founded in 1831 and has continued to develop since, today it presents wines in practically all appellations.
Contrary to appearances, "Les Santenots" is not located in the commune of Volnay, but in that of Meursault, on the southern limit. This appellation is very renowned for its high quality white wines, but in certain climates such as that of the "Santenots", it is the pinot noir which expresses itself best to produce great red Burgundy wines very typical of the Côte de Beaune.
This bottle of Albert Bichot Volnay Premier Cru "les Santenots" 2022 comes from an excellent vintage in Burgundy. Very good for aging, this wine should be kept in the cellar for a few years.
