Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

One of the spearheads of a rising wine region: Languedoc. The red wine of Mas de Daumas Gassac is renowned for its vinification close to that of Bordeaux wines, giving it a very beautiful structure and great aging potential.

It is made up of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% of 20 other varieties, some of which are rare. The vines are over half a century old.

This bottle of Mas de Daumas Gassac 2019 Rouge is still a little young. For a tasting today, allow two hours in the carafe before serving.
