Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

Created in Alsace in 1959 by an ancestral family of winegrowers, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht is distinguished by its pioneering commitment to Biodynamics. The 42 hectares of vines spread over around ten terroirs are treated as naturally as possible. The winemaking is carried out with the same spirit.
On the Heimbourg terroir, the freshness of the 2013 vintage produced a barely soft, almost dry Pinot Gris (7 grams of residual sugar per liter). When tasting, we obtain a well-balanced and fairly concentrated wine thanks to low yields. Spicy and vegetal notes are present as well as a mineral finish provided by the limestone soil.
This bottle of Zind-Humbrecht Pinot Gris Heimberg 2013 is at its peak today and will stay there for another 4 or 5 years.
