Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

Created in Alsace in 1959 by an ancestral family of winegrowers, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht is distinguished by its pioneering commitment to Biodynamics. The 42 hectares of vines spread over around ten terroirs are treated as naturally as possible. The winemaking is carried out with the same spirit.

Clos Windsbuhl produced a drier wine than usual in 2013 (10 grams of residual sugar per liter). It has nonetheless kept its usual aromatic characteristics, giving the nose aromas of honey and acacia flower, contrasting with a slightly sweet and mineral palate. An interesting blend well supported by a long finish.

This bottle of Zind-Humbrecht Pinot Gris Clos Windsbuhl 2013 is at its peak today and will stay there for at least 10 years.
