Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

Created in Alsace in 1959 by an ancestral family of winegrowers, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht is distinguished by its pioneering commitment to Biodynamics. The 42 hectares of vines spread over around ten terroirs are treated as naturally as possible. The winemaking is carried out with the same spirit.

This sweet white wine is mainly produced with two plots. Gewurztraminer's feet are over 60 years old for one and over 80 years old for the other. This Grand Cru is praised by critics who appreciate the perfect maturity of the fruit, the beautiful structure and the generosity on the palate.

This bottle of Zind-Humbrecht Gewurtzraminer Hengst Grand Cru 2012 will appreciate very well today and for at least another decade.
