Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

Created in Alsace in 1959 by an ancestral family of winegrowers, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht is distinguished by its pioneering commitment to Biodynamics. The 42 hectares of vines spread over around ten terroirs are treated as naturally as possible. The winemaking is carried out with the same spirit.
Clos Jesbal is a small terroir which has the particularity of containing Gypsum. It is well exposed to the south and allows each year a maturation of the Gewurztraminer grapes strong enough to produce a great sweet wine from late harvests. When tasting, we obtain a rich wine with notes of honey, cocoa, dried fruits and candied fruits, with a mineral and slightly acidic touch balancing everything.
This bottle of Zind-Humbrecht Pinot Gris Clos Jebsal Vendanges Tardives 2006 is at its peak today and will reveal all its complexity upon tasting.
