Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

Created in Alsace in 1959 by an ancestral family of winegrowers, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht is distinguished by its pioneering commitment to Biodynamics. The 42 hectares of vines spread over around ten terroirs are treated as naturally as possible. The winemaking is carried out with the same spirit.

This Clos Windsbuhl Sélection de Grains Nobles is a huge success. For example, it obtains a score of 20/20 from Battane & Desseauve or 99/100 from Wine Spectator. It is a great sweet white wine with all the opulence sought after which is also deliciously balanced by a superb mineral acidity, making it a prestigious wine with great aging potential.

This bottle of Zind-Humbrecht Pinot Gris Clos Windsbuhl Sélection de Grains Nobles 2010 begins to appreciate when tasting, it is better to decant it an hour before.
