Located in Alsace, Domaine Marcel Deiss has been known for many years for its practice of complantation, which consists of bringing together different grape varieties on the same plot. A pioneer in biodynamics, the estate integrates this ancient viticultural practice for a better expression of the terroir.
The Gewurztraminer grapes therefore come from different plots here. The result is a dry wine that is very fruity and very rich on the palate with characteristic notes of lychee. This wine goes perfectly with a seafood dish or cheese.
