Located in Alsace, Domaine Marcel Deiss has been known for many years for its practice of complantation, which consists of bringing together different grape varieties on the same plot. A pioneer in biodynamics, the estate integrates this ancient viticultural practice for a better expression of the terroir.
More than ten different grape varieties are used to make this certified organic dry white wine, offering a rare complexity on the palate for a wine of this range. Let's add beautiful fruit notes, finesse and a nice length.
This bottle of Marcel Deiss Alsace Blanc Complantation 2022 can be enjoyed today or kept for a few years, it does not require decanting before tasting. Serve chilled (10-12°C)
