Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

Located in Alsace, Domaine Marcel Deiss has been known for many years for its practice of complantation, which consists of bringing together different grape varieties on the same plot. A pioneer in biodynamics, the estate integrates this ancient viticultural practice for a better expression of the terroir.
The Rotenberg is an early south-facing climate with limestone and iron soil. Two grape varieties are planted there: Riesling and Pinot Gris. The result is a dry and fruity Alsace white wine with strong citrus accents. It is a wine with great finesse that will go perfectly with seafood or goat's cheese.
This bottle of Marcel Deiss Rotenberg 2014 is at its peak currently and will still be very good to drink for at least 5 years.
