Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

Located in Alsace, Domaine Marcel Deiss has been known for many years for its practice of complantation, which consists of bringing together different grape varieties on the same plot. A pioneer in biodynamics, the estate integrates this ancient viticultural practice for a better expression of the terroir.
Gruenspiel has the particularity of integrating a red grape variety into its white wine. In fact, it is a blend of Riesling, Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer. The result is a structured and tannic wine with aromas of chocolate, pear and spices. A complex dry white wine with a beautiful finish that will go perfectly with poultry, slightly spicy dishes and cheeses.
This bottle of Marcel Deiss Gruenspiel 2013 should be enjoyed today or in a few years, without decanting first.
