Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.
Trimbach offers us a wide range of white wines with varied grape varieties, terroirs and sweetness, as well as some red wines.Riesling is both the “specialty” of Maison Trimbach and the most emblematic Alsace grape variety. This dry white wine comes from two plots of very old vines giving great complexity to the tasting. A rich and fatty Riesling but very dry, with a beautiful minerality and great length on the palate.This bottle of Trimbach Riesling Vieilles Vignes 2017 is very pleasant to taste today and will remain so for 5 to 10 years.
