The Château du Moulin-à-Vent is located in the heart of the appellation which bears its name. It has plots with different terroirs in various places in the appellation and offers single plot or blended vintages. Moulin-à-Vent, spearhead of the Beaujolais wine region, is renowned for its rich and varied terroirs producing complex red wines.
The “Les Verillats” vintage comes from the plot of the same name, with an area of ​​more than 4 hectares, it is located at an altitude of 300 meters, in the open wind. Here, the Gamay expresses itself on a sandy and shallow soil giving supple and charming wines.
This bottle of Château du Moulin-à-Vent “Les Verillats” comes from a very good vintage in Beaujolais. It is ready for tasting today or in a few years.
