Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

The Château du Moulin-à-Vent is located in the heart of the appellation which bears its name. It has plots with different terroirs in various places in the appellation and offers single plot or blended vintages. Moulin-à-Vent, spearhead of the Beaujolais wine region, is renowned for its rich and varied terroirs producing complex red wines.

The 3 hectare plot "Champ de Cour" from which this vintage comes is located at an altitude of 200 meters sheltered from the wind. Here, Gamay is expressed on slightly stony soil, producing powerful and elegant wines.

This bottle of Château du Moulin-à-Vent “Champ de Cour” can be enjoyed today or left in the cellar for a few more years.
