    Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

Based in Ampuis, on the banks of the Rhône in the heart of the Côte Rôtie, Maison Guigal produces a very wide range of wines, white and red, in all the main appellations of the Rhône valley.
Condrieu is the appellation of Rhône white wines par excellence. Made from 100% Viognier vines, this wine is aged for 8 months in new oak barrels for a third of the production and in stainless steel vats for the remaining two thirds. The result is a dry but fatty white wine, with a nose of flowers, apricot and citrus fruits.
This bottle of Guigal Condrieu 2017 comes from a fresh vintage adding a very appreciable minerality and tension to the tasting.
