Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.
It is composed of 25% Viognier, 25% Chardonnay, 25% Petit Manseng, 15% Chenin Blanc and 10% from a combination of around twenty rare varieties. This diversity added to the high quality terroir gives this white wine great complexity and significant aging potential.This bottle of Mas de Daumas Gassac 2020 Blanc can be enjoyed today on the fruit and freshness, or wait 5 or 6 years in the cellar where it will develop more complex aromas.
